I am hoping that by keeping a blog(or some kind of record) that I will be able to keep myself accountable and make sure I stay on the path that will lead me to a fitter and healthier lifestyle. I don't want to be obsessed with what the scale says so I am going to start of by measuring myself so I can see where my body is changing, instead of relying solely on the scales number. I don't think I will post weights here at all actually... Sometimes numbers on a scale are simply just that.
So here I am laying it all out there for the world to see...

Here is a starting pic of my abs... Well, lack of abs. That should change though!
